XMI has been testing
production and pre-production vehicles for over seventeen
years. Most of our testing focuses on friction material,
brake parts and their components for commercial automakers
and suppliers all over the United States, Europe and Asia.
We run L.A. routes for Ford Light Truck and Passenger
car groups, Chrysler Passenger Car & Jeep and Truck
Engineering, Toyota Technical Centers, General Motors,
Mercedes Benz, and Hyundai to name a few. XMI manufactures
and programs its own in-vehicle data acquisition system. |

| With
our unique data acquisition (DAS), XMI can customize our
software and equipment to almost any in-vehicle procedure.
Our newly developed high speed DAS system with touch screen
can be adapted to cover many types of brake noise and other
NVH testing. the XMI noise rating and recording system has
been adopted by many for our customers as an easy and highly
descriptive format for reporting noise occurrences and
frequency information.
We have developed custom ordered
DAS equipment, software and test procedures for many major
automotive companies to meet their specific testing
requirements. |
